AI Strategist

Join as an AI Strategist and help clients figure out where AI creates real leverage. You'll run discovery, map high-impact use cases, and turn them into clear, prioritized roadmaps our engineers ship against.

Eligibility: Open to strategy, product, or operations backgrounds with a strong interest in AI.

What you'll do

  • •Lead discovery sessions to understand client operations, goals, and constraints
  • •Identify and prioritize high-ROI AI opportunities
  • •Translate business problems into clear technical requirements
  • •Build roadmaps and business cases for AI initiatives
  • •Partner with engineers to scope and deliver solutions
  • •Run workshops that get client teams confident using AI

What we're looking for

  • •Structured thinking and strong problem-solving
  • •Clear communication with both executives and engineers
  • •Genuine curiosity about AI and how it applies to real businesses
  • •Bias toward outcomes, not slideware

Required

  • •2+ years in consulting, product, operations, or a strategy role
  • •Comfort with AI tools and a fast-moving environment
  • •Based in or able to commute to Minneapolis

Nice to have

  • •Experience leading client-facing engagements
  • •Technical background or hands-on experience with AI tools
