GTM Associate

We're looking for a driven GTM Associate to help grow our pipeline. You'll identify and qualify cold and warm leads across VCs, startups, and enterprises—key to expanding our footprint and connecting the right clients to what we do.
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus incentive bonus.
What you'll do
- •Research and identify new leads using sales and prospecting tools
- •Conduct outbound prospecting: cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- •Generate qualified, sales-ready meetings for the team
- •Collaborate with leadership on targeted outbound campaigns
- •Track and manage leads, activities, and pipeline in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- •Follow up on inbound inquiries and event-generated leads
- •Stay current on AI/tech consulting and market trends
- •Attend industry events, webinars, and networking as needed
- •Participate in weekly pipeline and quota updates

Required
- •Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field (or equivalent experience)
- •1–3 years in business development, lead generation, or inside sales (B2B or tech preferred)
- •Must reside in Minnesota and be able to commute to Minneapolis as needed
Nice to have
- •Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity or outreach
- •Experience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot
